David Vargas serves as a Senior Project Manager at Moss Utilities, bringing more than 15 years of construction industry experience to his role. He began his career as a driver and yard worker before advancing through positions including Project Administrator, Project Engineer, and Project Manager. His experience spans both subcontractor and general contractor environments, and he has held certifications including CQM-C, CISEC, OSHA 10 and 30, EM 385, Competent Person, and First Aid/CPR.
