Aimee Cooley serves as HR Manager at Moss Utilities, bringing 20 years of human resources experience to her role. She joined Moss in April 2024 as an HR Generalist and was promoted to HR Manager just four months later. Aimee also brings a strong background in education, having earned a graduate degree in Education and spent 15 years in the field, including serving as a Curriculum Specialist for Arlington Independent School District.
In her role, Aimee focuses on advocating for employees, supporting employee relations, managing benefits, and helping administer Moss Utilities’ ESOP program. Her experience and people-focused approach help foster a supportive workplace and ensure employees have the resources they need to succeed.
