Moss Utilities successfully navigated this multi-phased project, installing a highly adaptable water, sewer, and storm infrastructure system. Because retail footprints often evolve during the development lifecycle, our pre-construction team worked closely with Chisholm Flats and VCC Construction to ensure the underground networks were built with the capacity and precise stub-ups necessary to accommodate a wide variety of future tenants.
