Shawn Lain is the Vice President of Project Management and has been with Moss since January 2017. After years of working in the residential construction industry and flipping houses, Shawn made a smooth transition to the Moss team.

Shawn ensures jobs are running effectively and on schedule while also tracking materials and coordinating subcontractors on the job site. He loves dealing with the workers on his team and building solid relationships with clients and subcontractors.

When it comes to projects, Shawn enjoys working on hospitals the most. These projects are often complicated, difficult to plan, and require a lot of problem-solving, but these complex jobs are extremely rewarding for him.

When Shawn’s not running projects, he enjoys riding horses, spending time with his wife, and hanging out at the lake when he can.
