I haven’t worked for any other construction or utility companies, but from what I’ve heard, Moss gives you more opportunities to do what you like to do. They give you the chance to move up in the company. You don’t have to work as a laborer forever if you don’t want to.

I like the family culture here at Moss. I appreciate how they take care of their people here, and it’s definitely a place where you can move up. I’d say it’s the best company I’ve ever worked for.

I feel like everyone in our leadership team truly cares about the employees. They’re so much more than just numbers here. Moss will go above and beyond what other companies will do to get a project completed the right way. We care about every project, no matter if it’s big or small. Not saying that we’re perfect, but we try as hard as we can every day, and we put our best foot forward for every one of our clients.

I think everybody’s on the same page here. We have very strong working relationships. Things tend to run more smoothly when everybody works together instead of against each other, and that’s definitely how we do things around here.

Everyone in a leadership position is willing to help you with any problems you might have. It’s easy to get ahold of someone if you need anything. There’s always someone there to help. They also love to share their experience with you. They want to help you learn, as long as you’re putting the effort in.

Moss is a great company, and I will always appreciate the opportunities they’ve given me. They’ve always been there for me when I need advice or help with anything.

The thing that makes Moss different is the fact that supervisors and even the owners know everyone that works for them. With a lot of companies, you’re lucky if the owner even recognizes your face. Here, everyone knows your name, they know which jobs you’re working on, and the supervisors and owners visit job sites much more frequently than they did at my previous job.
