Kelly has been a part of the Moss team since March 2018 and holds the title of Vice President of Finance for Moss Utilities and Moss Mechanical.

Kelly graduated Summa Cum Laude from West Texas A&M with a BBA in General Business. Kelly started her career working for a mechanical contractor in the DFW area. Interested in operations, she quickly climbed the ladder to manage the residential HVAC service department helping to grow service agreement revenue and profitability.

In 2018, she made a switch to the utility industry taking on various roles as project and cost manager, accounts receivable manager, and eventually controller. Kelly now leads the purchasing, human resources, and accounting departments for both companies.  

Kelly is married, and she has two children (Brooke and Emily), as well as an American bulldog named Bruno. Outside of work, she likes to cycle, play tennis, read novels, and travel.
