Cristian Hernandez joined Moss in August 2017. As his first position in the construction industry, Cristian started out as a laborer before quickly transitioning into a loader operator after 6 months, followed by a punch group foreman for about 15 months before becoming a foreman and now a Superintendent .

Cristian likes working hands-on with his crew. He enjoys making the workload run as smoothly as possible, communicating with the crew, and making sure that everyone has a positive working experience on his job sites. Ultimately, he wants to help out in any way he can, even if that means getting his hands dirty.

In his free time, Cristian spends his time doing chores around the house on Saturdays and enjoying time with his wife on Sundays. Alongside his home life, he loves riding ATVs, fishing, and playing soccer.
