Beginning in mid-2024, Moss Utilities will begin site work for an exciting multi-use development in Frisco, Texas – Firefly Park. Under the ownership of Wilks Development, this innovative project will encompass 4.75 million square feet of office space, 2,200 residential units, and 380,000 square feet of retail space. The development will also feature a music hall and outdoor amphitheater.

Moss Utilities is committed to laying the groundwork for Firefly Park, ensuring the necessary infrastructure is in place for this vibrant community to flourish. In just six months, our dedicated teams will have installed 15,950 linear feet of water pipe, 16,750 linear feet of storm drainage, and 8,645 linear feet of sewer – crucial components that form the backbone of this exceptional project.
